At the moment, customers may experience issues with SMS delivery to Austrian (+43) phone numbers.
This may affect:
• SMS messages sent to guests
Please use email instead of SMS where possible.
• SMS verification codes for Sirvoy account login and Sirvoy Vault access
Please use a different available authentication method instead of SMS.
We apologise for any inconvenience and are working with our SMS provider to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
