Sirvoy - SMS Delivery Issue – Incident details

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting SMS delivery for some customers. This is due to an outage with our third-party SMS providers.

As a result, some SMS messages may be delayed or not delivered at this time. Messages currently queued will be delivered automatically once service has been restored.

Our provider is actively working to resolve the issue, and we are monitoring the situation closely.
